Your subscription commences immediately upon processing your initial payment. It will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle without notification unless terminated. We offer payment services based on the stripe platform and automatically charge your chosen payment method(s) every billing cycle until you terminate the subscription.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by clicking your profile avatar → My Plan → "Cancel subscription" or by contacting our online customer support. This action must be taken before your renewal to avoid charges for the subsequent billing cycle. Your termination will take effect on the final day of the period for which you have paid. You may continue to utilize the subscription until your termination becomes effective, and no reimbursement will be issued.
